These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products and services offered by Wisdom Global ("we", "us", "our") through Wisdom Store. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About us

Wisdom Global provides educational products and services including online courses, live classes, learning devices, books, software and events focused on AI, XR and emerging technologies. Wisdom Store is our online storefront for these products.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display accurate product details, availability and pricing. Errors may occasionally occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel any order placed against incorrect information.
• Digital products (courses, live classes, software) are delivered electronically. Physical products (devices, books) are shipped to your address.

4. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

5. Access to digital content

On successful payment for a course or live class, access is granted to the registered account or email. Live class schedules, joining links and materials will be shared via email or your account. Access is for personal, non-transferable use only.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Wisdom Store — including course material, videos, text, graphics, logos and software — is the property of Wisdom Global or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell or publicly share our content without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by sharing account access, attempting to disrupt the service, scraping content, or using the products for any unlawful purpose.

8. Cancellations, refunds & shipping

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Return Policy, and delivery of physical goods by our Shipping Policy. Please review both before purchasing.

9. Limitation of liability

Our products and services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisdom Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or products.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
